Erik Gainor

Mr. Gainor is an industry veteran in the healthcare real estate investment sector. He has held several senior positions at commercial real estate companies and advised some of the world’s largest public and private institutions to assist them in achieving their transactional and investment objectives in the most complex economic environments. Throughout his career, Mr. Gainor has assisted investors and medical providers in developing and executing real estate strategies that preserve wealth and maximize returns. He is well known for his hands-on and activist approach to value creation tied to the monetization of medical office buildings (MOB’s), hospitals, surgery centers, post-acute care facilities, assisted living and other healthcare real estate assets. His strong institutional ties to domestic and foreign capital sources have solidified his reputation as one of the industry’s leading advisors. Mr. Gainor continues to be actively involved in all aspects of Zeustra’s operations, ranging from investor sell-side and buy-side advisor services, underwriting, and transaction management. He is a dedicated philanthropist and contributor to the arts and education, with a particular interest in continental philosophy. Mr. Gainor is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University.
