Executive Director of Business Operations for Providence Health & Services Real Estate Strategy and Operations Division
Jeremy Dibble currently serves as Executive Director of Business Operations for Providence Health & Services Real Estate Strategy and Operations Division. In this role he is accountable for leading operational and business applications, transactional process standards and optimization, data analytics, real estate investment strategy and financial oversight. The Real Estate Strategy and Operations Division is accountable for managing the built environment portfolio of over 80+ million square feet including 53 hospitals and over 1,500 non acute owned and leased locations.
Since joining the Providence Real Estate team in 2014 he has led the work to standardize operational platforms for business operations including lease administration, financial planning and oversight, bridging disparate data applications to bring meaningful consistent management reporting and implementing business applications to streamline transactional operations for real estate and capital operations. Jeremy also provides leadership in constantly evaluating the portfolio to drive strategy in optimizing the enterprise real estate portfolio to maximize the organizational goals for generating and recapturing equity while protecting and strengthening balance sheet metrics.
The 25 years of experience in healthcare in a variety of roles including risk based payor contracting, provider network management, financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and real estate asset management helps translate the business needs to the management and development of the built environment. After graduating with a Bachelor degree in Healthcare Administration from Oregon State University, he immediately began his career at PacifiCare later merging with United Heathcare before being called to serve the Mission of Providence in 2006.
