Senior Director and Co-Head of Medical Office, Blueprint
Chris Lashmet is a Senior Director and Co-Head of Medical Office at Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors. In this role, Chris focuses on sourcing new Medical Office Building business, understanding Blueprint client’s portfolio strategy, and executing transactions. Chris supports clients by drawing on his knowledge and expertise buying, selling, and financing as a principal across healthcare office space. Chris previously worked on Ventas’ investment team focused on acquisitions and development of Medical Office Buildings, Life Science and Senior Housing portfolios. Chris started his real estate career at MedProperties Group, a private equity investment platform focused on medical office development / acquisitions in Chicago, Phoenix and Denver. Chris closed over $1B of acquisitions, developments, and financing transactions.
Prior to working in the business world, Chris was drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates in 2011 and played for three seasons in the minor league system. Chris graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in Economics.
