Kat Baxter is the Division President of Facility360, an interior design firm that specializes in post-acute healthcare, medical office, senior housing, and affordable housing environments. Kat has more than eight years of experience and plays an integral role in leading her team to the successful delivery of projects that strike a balance between market and economic requirements of the owner, and the aesthetic creativity demanded by the end-user.
Kat is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and enjoys golf, painting, live music, and supporting the Baltimore community through various volunteer efforts.
