When looking at the markets with the greatest volume of LSRE construction the Boston-Cambridge-Newton, MA-NH CBSA is the clear leader. Boston, as of 4Q22, had 20.6 million SF in progress. The pipeline has been buoyed by 13.1 MSF of LSRE construction starts in 2022. San Francisco and San Diego have also been targeted for development with 10.8 MSF and 7.5MSF in Progress, respectively.
